Questions
No, and the reason is structural. Your site is assembled from a library of designed sections, and the combination of theme, section arrangement and the order a trade needs them in runs to thousands of genuinely different outcomes. Two plumbers in the same town would not get the same site.
Yes, on any paid plan, and the certificate is issued and renewed for you. If you already own one we will walk you through pointing it at us, which is two settings at your registrar. If you do not, buy one anywhere you like and it will work.
We supply licensed photography that suits your trade, and the site will look finished without you doing anything. Swap in your own whenever you have them. Photos of your actual work will always beat stock, so it is worth doing eventually.
That is the point of it. Text, prices, phone numbers, opening hours, photos, whole sections: all editable, as often as you like, on every plan including the free one. There is no charge for changing your mind.
Your site stops being published and your domain stops resolving to it. Your account, your content and every saved version stay exactly where they are, and the export button keeps working. Start paying again and it goes back live as it was. We do not hold your words hostage.
Yes. The words and any photos you upload are yours, and you can export the lot as a file at any time. The block designs and the software stay ours, which is the same arrangement you have with any website tool.
The technical side is handled: fast pages, a working sitemap, structured data for a local business, sensible titles and descriptions, and a layout that works on a phone. What we cannot do is invent reviews or a Google Business Profile for you, and for a local business those matter more than anything on the site itself.
